How to use this in HighLevel
Email subjectWhat would help you plan a first visit?
HTML email
Download HTML

HTML for HighLevel’s Code Editor. It is not a drag-and-drop template or an account-tested import. Send yourself a test before using it.

From template to useful

Put it to work.

Personalize the content, add it to your account, and test the complete experience before a customer sees it.

Read the setup guide
  1. 1

Add your business details and the actual booking or contact URL.

  2. 2

Paste the full HTML into the Code Editor and copy the subject into the separate subject field.

  3. 3

Replace literal names with account merge fields if reusing the email. Add required sender/footer details and send yourself a test.

A clear starting point

Before you use this.

Paste HTML into HighLevel’s email Code Editor.

You’ll need

  • Access to the HTML email editor and a configured sender.
  • Your real booking/contact URL and the footer details your account requires.

Make it work for your business

  • Set the email subject separately. Save, leave the editor, then reopen the same template to check the subject and body; HTML import does not configure sending settings.
  • Entered names are literal text, not automatic merge fields. Replace them before reusing this message for multiple contacts.
  • The footer includes address/unsubscribe placeholders to configure in your account. Complete your account setup and send a test before using it with customers.
What has been checked?

The generated files for this version passed local content and personalization checks on . These checks cover the file output; they do not verify an import, a sent email, or a business result.

Full HighLevel account testing is incomplete. Inbox rendering is untested. Send to your own test address before using the email with customers.

How we check our resources

Original content, ready to adapt.

You may customize these free resources for your own business or client work. Do not resell the original files as a competing template library. Illustrations and copy are examples, not promises of results. Account behavior and email rendering still need testing.

How we create and check resources

One good next step.

You don’t need to fix everything at once. Let’s find a useful place to start.
